The friendly version: this page explains how ROAMOIR works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. These are website-use terms, not a replacement for a project agreement or travel booking terms. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who We Are
ROAMOIR is a travel creative studio operated by Nitara Duthie as a sole trader, found at roamoirtravel.com. We create travel content — photography and films — and curate personalised journey planning for travellers, hotels and brands. Nitara is also a Fora Travel advisor; travel-advisor enquiries can be sent to nitara.duthie@fora.travel.
Our Services
Travel content creation (photography, film and storytelling) for brands, hotels and destinations, and curated trip planning for individual travellers. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for any project are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Enquiries and Bookings
Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking, contract or obligation on either side. Creative work is confirmed through a written agreement. For travel bookings, confirmation, payments, cancellation and refunds follow the terms supplied by Fora and the relevant travel provider at the time of booking. The booking buttons and QR code open Fora's external intake form; submissions there are not automatically saved in the ROAMOIR dashboard. The booking documents must identify the contracting parties and any applicable financial protection. Sending a message to ROAMOIR does not itself confirm travel arrangements. This website does not claim that ROAMOIR holds ATOL protection or ABTA membership, or that every booking has the same protection.
Payments
Fees, deposits and payment schedules are agreed per project or trip before work starts. Where a deposit is required, its purpose and cancellation conditions are set out in your written agreement, subject to applicable consumer rights. Travel booking payments follow the terms supplied for that booking. References to no additional cost describe the advisor service as advertised, not free travel: provider charges, fares, taxes and any separately agreed charges still apply. Hotel benefits depend on the property, programme, eligible booking and availability; the relevant terms must be checked before confirming.
Content and Intellectual Property
This site includes original ROAMOIR material and third-party material used under applicable licences or public-domain permissions. Rights in original ROAMOIR material are reserved; reuse of third-party material is governed by its applicable licence or public-domain status. Absence of a credit does not mean ROAMOIR owns an image. Work delivered to a client is licensed as set out in that project's written agreement. Any published client testimonial must reflect genuine feedback and be used with appropriate permission.
Trip Planning and Third Parties
Curated journeys draw on third-party providers — hotels, guides, transport and experiences. We choose them with care but cannot own or guarantee their performance; their own terms apply to what they provide. Travel always carries some risk: please hold suitable travel insurance and check entry, visa and health requirements for your destinations. Trips and ideas shown on this site are inspiration, not confirmed itineraries or offers. The Vibe Generator produces AI-generated inspiration, which can contain inaccuracies or suggest places that are unavailable. Check destinations, opening times, prices, accessibility and safety before relying on a suggestion. It does not make a reservation or replace personalised advice.
Using This Website
Please use the site lawfully and kindly. You agree not to interfere with it, submit false information, or use automated tools to spam or scrape it. Enquiry details you send should be true and yours to share.
Liability
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every travel idea is current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not remove consumer remedies or responsibilities arising from services we supply. Any permitted limits for paid work must be set out fairly in the relevant agreement.
Your Privacy
Enquiries you send are stored privately and used only to reply to you and manage the conversation. They are never sold or shown to other visitors. You can ask at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing nitara@roamoirtravel.com. Our Privacy Policy explains storage, service providers and owner-reviewed AI-assisted replies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update this page from time to time as the studio grows. The date at the top always shows the current version. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing booking or written project agreement, or remove your legal rights.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing on this page removes your mandatory rights under applicable law. Any governing-law and dispute terms for paid work or travel bookings will be set out in the relevant agreement. If anything here needs untangling, we'd always rather talk first — most things are solved over a friendly email.
